With decades as a solution maker, professional training in well-being and mental health, plus my experience raising three children, I offer practical strategies that empower people to manage stress and create a balanced family life.
I'm a passionate advocate for mental health and a volunteer with the New Jersey affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and with the Franklin Township Stigma-Free Council.

In addition to my professional training, I have many years of lived experience dealing with mental health challenges and conditions as a consumer, daughter, granddaughter, and aunt.
I'm also the proud mother of three children who struggled with varying degrees of mental health challenges in their younger years and are now all healthy, independent, successful, working adults.
I have a Master of Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, PA) and a Bachelor of Science degree from Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, OH).
